A moment is the most little particulate of time, where from even the first step of a light year duration begins….

One can ask, who am I?
And answer, I am the moment.

One can ask even further, where am I?
May get an answer at the moment.

What are you up to?
Up to the moment .

Amazingly wonder, what is the moment?
It’s just a moment.

What is gone by?
It’s the moment and nothing else.

What are we up to?
It’s the moment we are up to.

Overall, one can perceive and understand
I am the moment .

The moment is the sole reality….

Moment is the fourth dimension of space
It’s an old saying that you are your hell and your heaven too.
