Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy wealthy and wise.

All these quotes indicate methods of keeping a healthy body and leading a healthful life. These quotes have been from the ancient times of Ayurveda to Hippocrates Era who armored mankind with preventive measures to lead a sound state of health until old age. Ayurveda, Charak, Sushrut, Hippocrates, and many philosophers have given an Inside Out profile of keeping oneself healthy by means of body, soul and mind. Same way diet, exercise and discipline are key factors with which society and individuals both can achieve good immunity as well as health.

What is most important is to understand that out of 24 hours we must spare an hour for maintaining a healthy profile of this creation as human body.
