Organic!

The word organic is now in fashion, being acceptable, fancy and precious as organic products are much in demand. Be it vegetables, Grains, Fruits or even dry fruits.

What actually organic means?

The simple understanding about organic product nowadays is a produce Produced in untadulterated soil without any help of chemicals, fertilisers, or insecticides or pesticides in most natural conditions.
You may get a surprise note that around hundred years above everything shown in the ground of this holy land, earth was exclusively and hundred percent organic as there was no concept of scientifically and chemically produced fertilisers.

अर्थात जैविक भोजन पदार्थों का तात्पर्य है कि ऐसे अनाज फल सब्ज़ी या खाद्य उत्पादन जो प्राकृतिक बायोडायवर्सिटी को सुरक्षित रखते हुए बिना रासायनिक खादों और कीटनाशक रसायनों तथा जेनेटिकली तत्वों की सहायता से उत्पन्न किए जाते हैं.

यहाँ स्थापित सख़्त है कि रासायनिक खादों कीटनाशकों तथा जीएम फसलों की मात्रा अनुसार उत्पादकता उच्च स्तरीय होती है और कम भूमि क्षेत्र में अधिक पैदावार होने से किसान को लाभ भी अधिक होता है परंतु देशी जैविक अपितु आधुनिक शैली में उत्पन्न किए गए अनाजों, फलों और सब्ज़ियों की उत्पादकता कम होने से उच्च दाम पर उपभोक्ता को उपलब्ध हो पाती है

यह भी तय है कि यदि शुद्ध जैविक उत्पाद की उपलब्धता हो जाए तो शरीर में जाने वाले विषैले रासायनिक तत्वों का प्रवेश आज रोका जाता है और इन रसायनों से होने वाले प्राणघातक बीमारियों जैसे कैंसर आदि से बचा जा सकता है
