Godfather I&II : Movie Review

Watching age old movies again and again gives a new perspective with respect to anyone’s understanding about life.

We all know life let’s you experience with injustice, hatred, enemies, and other chronology pertaining to family. Many Mafia stories are bread and butter of such celluloid presentations.

Anyone can think, How far they are related to common men’s life but the inspiration of making movies is drawn from the society facing basic factors of life of on and on, and in this way, the life goes on.

This time watching godfather 1973 and Godfather II (1979), gave me a message you have to be ruthless and a little bit eccentric to be successful to rule the society and woo the world. A gesture of a gentleman saint with love, submission, acceptance, and cordiality is very much lacking if one is after extreme success with money, power and influence.

Watching this movie this time again, gave a message that however, and whatever means you follow one day or the other, you remain all alone at top with widespread lawns of Palace in acres, huge Bank Balance and properties all around to fulfil the size of any person, but the family is gone more or less. The genius and moron, both juggle the ball of life through the days, months and years in such a way seeking power and being worshipped for their allotted time, which actually is just decades which definitely are transient and not eternal.

The philosophy of movie based on elimination of all enemies around hardly matters. They are from other part of the globe or from our part of the family success is not winning them over. Attaining success is a hardcore endeavour, which desires almost a decade to come to anybody’s pocket, and then the game begins with weapons of greed, thirst, takeover, punishment, and adjustments

The other, all, these are part and parcel of life, and most of the time they are accepted as justified and genuine, so long as you continue to succeed or success continue to touch your Holi or unholy feat.
