Walk Walk Walk……

Did you ever see a wild animal suffering with Obesity. Recall any wild animal, be it Fox, Jackal, Tiger, Lion or even elephant. According to their specific genetic configuration they remain in their shape and in weight range of being in Within Normal Limit. Never, we come across with a bird which can be termed as Overweight Bird and will not see it falling from sky, out of their heavyweight. Question is simple and so also the answer. Animals that walk continuously to commute, Birds fly continuously to reach different destinations and food servers in hotels walk to earn their bread, they all remain in shape and within normal limits of weight.

Why?

Domestic animals and food makers in kitchen of hotels become overweight majorly. This has something to do with our profile of moving around as well. Diet patterns is a major concern as we make an oral input and bowel output discrepancy. Ingestion is more, digestion is sluggish and thereby leading to improper evacuation. Does this have a direct relationship with our walking habit.
